We are looking for a Customer Demand Planner for a leading consumer goods manufacturer and distributor. This exciting opportunity is in their Canadian head office in North York. As a Customer Demand Planner, your main role will be to work collaboratively with the clients’ replenishment and buying teams to develop an accurate forecast at item level, support new product launches, ensure product availability and visibility at the retail store level, while simultaneously minimizing inventory levels.

• Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with the clients’ replenishment teams.
• Meet standard in-stock target (98.5%) at store level with no out-of-stocks at the distribution centers.
• Proactively analyze inventory levels using SAP and Excel, identification of any forecast or in-stock issues, implementation of action steps to resolve them.


Toronto, ON


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Mathematics or Engineering
  • 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Customer Service.
  • 1-2 years experience in Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment Analysis
  • Preferred work experience in the CPG industry
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP.
  • Must have outstanding communication and presentation skills, and a proven ability to influence change.


$70,000 - $85,000 range plus bonus and excellent benefits package
