As Operations Manager, your role will be to provide professional and positive leadership, overseeing the daily operation of all logistics and warehouse operations. Being a GMP facility, we require an organized individual who can effectively manage audits and adhere to quality management programs, in an SAP environment. You will be managing approximately 45 non-union staff through effective coaching and development of your leadership team, setting up and monitoring performance measures and streamlining operations. You will have an opportunity to make a difference as you create change through continuous improvement, Lean/5S methodologies and develop sound KPI metrics.
