In this exciting role, you will be managing a team of 17 Customer Supply Chain Specialist who will be managing order-to-cash process, managing logistics and warehouse inquiries for key accounts. We need a big-picture thinker, someone who looks at how the customer service and supply chain fits into the company structure and looks for ways to improve processes across the organization. We need someone who will create an atmosphere that encourages and rewards continuous improvement.

The key area of focus surrounds order management, managing cost and developing solutions, improving S+OP across supply chain, sales and marketing.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and managing a Customer Supply Chain team
  • Experience leading order management in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution environment.
  • Proven coaching and development experience.
  • Experience managing customer service budget and product allocation.
  • Project and process improvement experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills are a MUST.
  • Strong SAP experience is required.


$100,000 – $130,000 plus benefits (RRSP program) and a company bonus program. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
