I recently did a quick analysis of our recent placements, and realized that about 1/3 of the hiring managers we work with are former candidates!

These are individuals we interviewed over the last several years when they were considering a career change. Some we were able to match with new roles, others we could not. But when they were looking to add people to their team they came to us.

This is something I am really, really proud of.

At SCL Search, we try to make a positive impact in the lives of both our candidates and our hiring partners. We strive to create a positive experience for everyone involved in the process.

We do our best to make sure the job matches what the candidate is looking for and vice versa. At SCL Search, we don’t put a square peg in a round hole just for the sake of making a placement.

We’re in this for the long game.
