December is a great time to look for work in supply chain!
We have several clients looking to fill positions before the end of the year in order to hit their hiring goals and prepare for the new year. This means there may be more job openings available in December than at other times of the year.
The end of the year is when many companies review their budgets and make staffing decisions for the upcoming year. If a company is planning to expand or make changes to their supply chain operations, NOW is when they are looking to bring on new employees to help implement those plans.
Additionally, with many people taking time off for the holidays, there may be fewer candidates competing for job openings, increasing your chances of getting hired!
