It was  a great honor for SCL Search Consultants to meet and present to Humber College Supply Chain students yesterday. We’ve talked about challenges young professionals and new Canadians face in the job market when searching for their first career step. We agree that there is no simple solution to everybody, however, we shared recruiter’s insights, advice and our personal stories. The main message of our presentation to professionals at all levels was the importance of networking, building strong and multiple connections  within the industry, communities and ability to adapt to all new and unknown.

Special thanks to the professors and instructors for inviting us, Rehan Sher and Angelo Crupi. It was a great and rewarding experience.
