An established global company with a strong focus on customer service is looking for a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator to join their Mississauga ON team.

The Bilingual Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for planning, communicating and monitoring the service calls on a day-to-day basis for a team of Service Technicians across Canada. A progressive company with a collaborative work culture. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, strong communicator who is collaborative and process oriented.


  • Route planning and dispatching in French and English.
  • Prioritizing and re-prioritizing dispatches based on shifting needs.
  • Ensure the dispatch system is up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Monitor daily routes to proactively make changes where needed.
  • Communicating changes or issues to clients and internal team members.


  • Fluent in both French and English, written as well as verbal.
  • 2-4 years of dispatch related experience
  • Experience dispatching service personnel would be an asset.
  • An excellent problem solver able to manage shifting priorities.
  • General knowledge of the transportation industry
  • Preference given to CCLP designates.
