On November 1, 2015 SCL Search Consultants Ltd. opened their new office in the Streetsville Professional Building at 100 Queen St S in Mississauga, and their website was launched just 2 weeks later, on November 12, 2015.  SCL Search is a professional recruitment firm specializing in supply chain and logistics, covering mid to senior-level placements in transportation, distribution and supply chain management.

“According to the Canadian Supply Chain Sector Council, there are currently over 27,000 unfilled supply chain positions in Canada, and another 66,000 openings are anticipated each year for the next five years.  SCL Search is dedicated to helping employers fill these roles” says Tom Pauls, CCLP, Managing Director of SCL Search Consultants Ltd.  “Our firm utilizes cutting edge recruitment tools, with search strategies that are custom tailored to the world of Supply Chain and Logistics.  We provide start-to-finish recruitment solutions; in essence, becoming an extension of the client companies that we serve, in order to truly partner with them every step of the way.”

Tom Pauls, CCLP is a longtime and respected member of the logistics community, with over 13 years of recruitment experience.  He currently serves in a volunteer role as Chair of the CITT Toronto Area Council, leading a team of volunteers that organize networking and education events for members of the logistics community in the Toronto area.  He has been involved with several other logistics associations including CSCMP, IWLA and CIFFA, and previously sat on the National Board for the Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Canada.
